Winter Spirit :Event END

The Event has ended!

The Spirit has been stopped thanks to the help and Team work of
several pokeplatform members who collected the Diary Pages, talked
with the Two Spirits finding out more about the, and battled to proect
Acuity Tower from being destroyed!
" The blizzard has stopped, and everything has returned to normal.
The snow now falls normally and quietly over Platform Island, the snow
flowers can still be found in the fields surrounding the snowy mountains.
The couple who had been separated finally found each other thanks to the kindness
of several gijinka.. some of them even shared a bit of their memories with the two spirits,
reminding them to never forget those who are important.
Even if they are no longer with us..."

● Winter Is Here ●

~ Winter has arrived at Platform island ~

_{The time of year, the air turns cold, rain becomes snow.
Small snowflakes, large snowflakes.
White specks fill the sky, gently falling to the ground.
Day or night, disappear to reappear.
Snowfall, light or heavy, layer upon layer.
Snow covered tree branches.
Everything covered under a blanket of snow.}

Starting Tomorrow (Saturday 17) snow will fall on Platform Island.
Get your snow boots and gloves out, since this snow has a suprise for everybody!
Wild Snow Flowers will bloom at night outside towns (forest and mountain area). They only bloom once a year, and it's said they disappear after the snow stops.. so if you are really lucky you might be able to get one!

Visitor Day : Get Ready!

-"Several boats come and go at the islands port, a lot of people step down with
their suitcases for the first time in Platform Island, they came from far away places.
They all came here to see a member from this island"

Event Ends - June 19

This friday Starts Visitor Day! You might be wondering whats Visitor Day?
Until now the only habitants on platform island are the main characters. Just as the name
says youll be able to bring another character (the visitor) to rp in the island.

Whats diferent about a regular Npc and a Visitor?
A regular npc is limited, as in being a main character, and having minor roles as being supportive to
whatever is happening on chats (like a waiter, a pet or being around with your
character ocasionally doing non important things)

During visitor day , your visitor will be able to move around fleely, being able to interact with other
members and other visitors. Of course your this does not mean you can do whatever..
since theres a few do and donts and advises we have to the proper use of a visitor.


PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE ADVISES
We really dont want people causing trouble or upseting other members during chat..
so please read this to prevent a mod intervention, and we dont want members saying the clasical
excuse "i didnt know i couldnt do that" since we are mentioning the rules a lot.


YOU CAN ONLY BRING/USE 1 VISITOR
Since youll be still able to use your Main character in chat (giving you 2), we dont want the chat room to
be crowded making it unconfortable to rp or keep track of whats happening.
If theres 15 members on chat.. adding their visitors would mean 30 characters during rp.
We really dont want any confusions, and we might increase the visitor number in the future
but for the moment please keep it to 1.

AT RP CHAT..
As we mention before..
Using to many characters at the time will make things confusing, since it would be
very hard to keep up with the several characters from each person will make the
chat move incredibly fast, since many characters take a lot of space.

We suggest if you rp 1 characters at the time. Or you can rp both your Main character and
your Visitor in the same sentence. This might sound confusing but its not if you
use bricks or marks to point out where is the character.

SUGGESTION:
You can also add between "(.....)" What relation the visitor has with your character
To prevent people asking "whos that?" many times.
(unless you want to keep that as a secret and reveal it after)

Your Visitor can Interact with Other visitors.
Heres the diference between npcs, visitors can move around and rp with other characters
or visitors. Just remember to make sure the owner of the other visitor /character
wants to rp, jumping in and expecting them to include you or follow
is a bit rude.
Remember you mention your main character ocasionally, since he/she is the reason your visitor is there.


Your visitor must be related to your character.
I think this is one of the most important rules.
The character you bring MUST KNOW your character.
It can be a family member, an old friend, an ex girl/boyfriend, a teammate, roomate,
co worker, his/her human trainer.. whoever! But its important that the Visitor knows
your character in some way.

Having random characters appear ( that have nothing to do with your characters ) is not permitted !


Whatever your visitors do is up to you (theres no plot to follow).
You can use this oportunity to work on your character, as in letting others know
a little bit more about him/her , or maybe theres something from his/past past
or a secret hes/shes hiding?
You are permitted to work on your own plot / backstory.

BASIC BEHAVIOR
We know some of you have some "interesting" prospects for visitors.
We would like to remind you the chat use is used by everybody, so please try to control them.
Keep the violence, swearing and other weird behaviors to a minimun.

Platform Anniversary

We'd like to tell everyone... That Poke Platfom is having it's first anniversary today! It's been a really long way to reach what PP is now. We met amazing characters and we're meeting new faces everyday! We are thrilled about how much PP grew. It's been an awesome year and we hope to be there for more! Now, to celebrate the first of what we hope many other birthdays. We prepared contests and activities for members to do. So keep your eye out for them!

The Cherrim named Hikki that has arrived to Platform Island loves the though of friendship and cherishes it very much! So he will appearing in the RP Chat randomly and asking questions! The first gijinka/person to answer his questions or riddles will be given a ticket. This ticket will be entered in a raffle where 5 people will be able to earn a random amount of DA Points or a free Chibi request courtesy of *Cyanide-Tea! You may answer as many questions as you like to earn 1 ticket, as long as the answer and spelling is correct. Everyday of the event there will be questions in the RP Chat from Hikki.

HINT: The way you can figure out the answer to these riddles is by looking through PokePlatforms' Battlecard folder.

April 7 - Update

Zekrom looked at the sky.. steam .. fire.. hmm.. that person found out where
she was, oh well. This been such a fun week ~ but I'm afraid my time is
almost up. She decided to change everybody back...if they entertained her ~
She then hopped on her broom and head for the sky.

A misterious dark shadow was flying above..looking at all the mess
zekrom cause.. "this is bad.. genders mixed, colors.. even their forms" -sighs-
He looks at Zekrom "..you've fun.. luckily no one got hurt.. its time to change
evething thing back " And with that.. he casted a spell.. bigger than the ones Zekrom
had casted , the sky turned red.. the land soon changes as well..
by tomorrow.. everything will be as its supose to be" and with
that the witch and her companion dissapeared..

... Things are slowly going back to normal at Platform island..
.It seems no one noticed it.. that misterious figure at the sky that
casted that last spell..who is he?..

April - 6 Update

A smile can be found across Zekroms face. It was so interesting..
this place and the Pokémon living here. She had been watching
closely, what an interesting life this little Pokémon have ~

Working , stressing , being ordered around, feeling less than others...
She tilted her head.. Why are they worrying so much? They should
be more happy. They are Pokémon after all.. each one special in
their own different and unique way.. ..That’s right! ..

With a soft giggle she fly up above the sky ~ closing her eyes as
she casted a spell ~ “This is a little reminder . Off how special each
one of you are “ Feeling very excited , she couldn’t wait to see the
expressions on the faces .

Its morning already..

You wake up .. Maybe a little worried .. perhaps you’ll be back to normal this time?
*bump* You fall.. why are you having so much trouble standing up?


What…is.. This?

-What Happened?-
Zekrom has been talking to some pokemon, she got the idea that they would be more
fun for the to go back to their pokemon form (normal pokemon not human)

"What? But my pokemon has not arms/legs/mouth/etc.. what do i do?"
Dont worry. Youll pokemon will still be able to speak.
In case you dont have arms and legs (ex: fish) youll be able to float
and move around(like the videogame during battle) .

Remember participating in each stage is not obligatory
You CAN STILL BE GENDERBEND.
If you dont want to be genderbend and only be in pokemon form thats all right.

Zekrom flew through the sky again above Platform Island.
She had been having fun so far ~ playing pranks and tricks on platform
members. Some Pokémon have talked to her.. let’s hope their words have
not made things worst.. What is she up to now? She looked down at Platform,
smiled and with a quick movement on her hand send blue lightning down
… another spell was casted..

Monday -April4 - UPDATE!

Flying into the sky she paused, sitting there on the broom, her hands
raised into the sky a small smile on her face as she called all her power
to her hands. Thunder roared, as the lightning began to form the giant
casting circle again, marks of the unknown shimmered.

"Light and shine like the Pokémon you are!" She said with a giggle
her hand rushed down as the lightning dispersed and once again
showered the land in a glowing light. Once again, she has pulled
another prank, this time, it had only gotten worse.

..

You wake up...oh..same old genderbent self...wait...
why are you a different color!?

You've been turned into a shiney Pokémon!? HEY WAIT
WHY AREN"T YOU BACK TO NORMAL!?
THIS WASN"T THE IDEA REINE HAD!!



--What Happened?--
Zekrom casted another spell..
It seems some pokemon have tried to convince her to changed them back..
Well.. Thats great! she return everybody to normal!..?.
right..?....wait...oh no..

Your pokemon is still genderbend... but now.. he/she changed to her/his shiny version!

(Note: your pokemon will only be shiny for 1 day -monday-)
(Note2: if your confused.. dont worry. The shiny change can mean only a hair/clothing color change)

Poor Platform residents.. being constantly pranked :(

---- Event Starts! ----

-A small figure placed a shadow on the moon, it, well looked like a witch.
With a pointy hat and a long black dress, her body was in a relaxed
position sitting on a broom. Her red eyes gazed silently at the quiet
Pokémon of this area. It...Was boring. So boring! These people had
nothing better to do! Her expression formed into a frown, and with
that dark clouds began to form into the sky.-


Blue lightning flashed here and there as her frown turned upward.
.."Tomorrow.. is...a wonderful day of surprises... April fools."
With a nicer tune to her voice she let out a little giggle.

"Hopefully they'll find this as fun as I do!"

The dark clouds swallowed up the sky, cyan lightning rumbled and
roared across it, forming a huge casting circle, unknown designs
filling in where the star spun.

Her hands rose high into the sky and she then threw them down lighting
spitting light onto Pokémon platform, no damage was to be seen, just a silent
glow. "May you enjoy your new forms my little Pokémon.." She said with a
faint giggle, her a soft dip backwards the broom followed and flew to the
floating castle. It was time to visit a friend.

as if .. theres something strange..about your body....

You want to check at the mirror ..whats going on?

Zekrom has played a prank on the island residents by genderbending them.
This means if your character is a male.. he will now be a female.. and if shes a
girl she will now be a guy.


--- What do i do? ---
Your character will wake up on April 1 and will find out whats happening.
You can roleplay your character as you want..
Its up to you ~ how your character finds out, his/her reactions..
He/she can be shocked, suprised.. or really pissed of... (lol)

Zekrom will be hidding somewhere on the island ~ shes gonna be changing places
and leaving hints/clues behind for someone to find her and return everybody
to normal ~
